Fun with Initialisms!

Chuck Norris (via Whiskey Fire, who owns the Chuck Norris beat):

NRA might mean National Rifle Association, but it also means to me, “Never Remove (your) Arms.”

Of course, removing the first arm is easy.  But how do you remove the second?
